IT Asset Disposition

When equipment reaches the end of its life, we collect it, destroy the data and give you the evidence to prove it.

  1. 01Survey and VerifyWe check each system against your asset list and scan its service tag before anything leaves your site.
  2. 02Collect and TransportScheduled pickup and secure transport, with a chain-of-custody record.
  3. 03Extract and DestroyEvery drive is removed, scanned against its system and drilled through at several points.
  4. 04Dispose or RepurposeDestroyed drives are held until you are satisfied, then sent for recycling. Systems are repurposed where your contract allows.
  5. 05Report and CertifyA report with every system and drive serial number and photos of each destroyed drive, plus a Certificate of Destruction.
